Lucky to have found this place!

I moved in recently and overall, I love my apartment! It is an old building, so there are some minor quirks here and there, but the pros make up for it immensely. Also Joseph and Hector (property and maintenance manager) are extremely responsive and proactive at fixing anything. I feel very safe and cared for here. My favorite part are the trees around the complex - it makes you feel like you’re living in a forest, which is so relaxing to come home to after a long day of work!

Best Maintenance Supervisor

I don’t normally write reviews but I would be remiss if I didn’t share how much I appreciate Hector the Maintenance Supervisor at Garden Oaks Apartments. He is a consummate professional and the most hardworking person that I know. I reported a leak and the Community Manager quickly dispatched Hector and got the approvals to resolve the issue.

Great Service!

The foliage on the property is very nice and the apartments are larger than you see in the new builds. There is also plenty of closet and storage space.

I lived here 20+ years and Joseph, property manager, is the best there is! He is responsive and respectful and is working hard to upgrade the property. Hector, maintenance, is also amazing! He is super kind, respectful, and responsive!

Great Service!

I lived here for 20+ years. Joseph, the fairly new property manager is amazing! He is the best I had there. He is working hard to get improvements done. Hector, onsite maintenance, is incredible as well. They are both very responsive and respectful. It is very nice to live among all the foliage this property has to offer.
