Two years experience.
1. Thin walls and roofs, I could hear my neighbors all the time, and it was very annoying.
2. The windows are very low quality, you can hear all the noise from the street in your apartment
3. Floors are old, and squeaky. T
4. Bugs and insects are all over the property. Management doesn't care.
5. Management is not responsive, you have to call them 2-3 times to get a chance to talk to them.
6. There is no thermal isolation in the walls or the roofs. During the day, the apartment gets very hot... and during the night very cold.
7. Due to no thermal isolation, count for $100+ gas bills for winters in California!
8. After moving out, they charge you large amount even if you clean the apartment.
