Great place to live
I have lived at Grand Resort apartments for two years and have love it , Staff is accommodating and kind. I love all the seasons here, the grounds are beautiful.Most importantly to me they are pet friendly .

Remuneración
El apartamento nada de renovado, a las ventanas se les mete el agua, la cocina los gabinetes están muy viejos y tienen mal olor cuando abres los cajones...
Los electrodomésticos muy viejos, la alfombra sucia, el baño no tiene ventilación y sale hongo todo el tiempo.
Espero que puedan mejorar esto

Worst place
At first I thought it’s cool to live behind the stores. But Living behind all the store is the worst thing ever. Every night stores are unloading with the forklift and it’s super loud. Beeping noises from the trucks all night. On top of the train track noises also and if you live downstairs it’s extra loud.
Apartment appliances are old. Carpets are dirty. you just can’t really see how dirty it is because it’s dark brown.
I wouldn’t recommend this place especially for the ridiculously expensive... price you pay for a 645 sq ft.
