This place is amazing because there are so many convenient amenities. Plus the staff is very helpful. My favorite part is actually the gym. Nice new equipment and lots of options. Love it!

So excited to be renewing here! This community has been a great place to live, and the by-bedspace leasing makes it easy for me to save money while focusing on my studies. The environment is comfortable, the amenities are convenient, and everyone here is genuinely friendly. I’m really happy to call this place home for another year! The gym amenity is my favorite especially with how busy the other gyms in Merced can get!
