Don’t rent here. Management is disorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive to tenant concerns calls and emails often go unanswered. There is only one elevator, and it frequently breaks down, with repairs taking days, which is especially difficult for residents with physical disabilities. Do not live here. The property management team is consistently unprofessional, and it shows in their customer service. They show little concern for resident safety even dismissing break-ins and placing blame on tenants, according to the manager.

The office staff will see you standing at the door and won’t even acknowledge you, which is absolutely unacceptable. The community environment is chaotic, and the building does not feel safe.
