    Unprofessional complex

    DO NOT MOVE HERE. This complex is a complete nightmare, and safety is non-existent. The gates have been broken across the entire property for a long time, allowing anyone to wander in. Homeless individuals are constantly coming inside the complex, going through the garbage, and wandering the grounds.The staff is entirely unprofessional; they smoke on the job, openly argue and scream with residents inside and outside the office, and there are even complaints about staff having affairs during… business hours. Meanwhile, the property is infested with rats and roaches, and management does absolutely nothing to fix it. If you complain, they just push you away. Don't believe their replies to bad reviews—they are outright lying to cover up these terrible conditions. Save your sanity and look elsewhere.

We understand there were previous pest concerns, and we responded… by hiring a new pest control vendor. Since making that change, conditions have improved, and we have not received additional reports of pest activity. If you are still experiencing pests in your home, please submit a maintenance request so our team can inspect and address the issue promptly. Griffis South Bay is a non-smoking community, and this policy applies to residents, employees, vendors, and guests. We take reported violations seriously and follow up when specific details are provided. We are also concerned by your description of your interactions with our community manager and the allegations regarding our team members.
