Awesome experience staying in Parc West Apartments

I have lived in Parc West for 6 years and I would say it was an awesome experience staying in Parc West Apartments.

Highlighting some key things about apartment:
1)Rent is little cheaper when compared to other apartments around.
2)Friendly Neighbors
3)Ample parking space
4)Very friendly, cooperative and responsive Management.

I should specially mention about the managers of this apartment. Dimitri was the community manager when we have taken the lease initially. He was very nice and… co-operative. And Nancy is the current manager and she is wonderful too. Always smiling, very friendly and cooperative. All the issues and apartment repairs were taken care on time. Nancy makes sure that all the issues and concerns are addressed properly.Gives advance notices for any repairs related stuff, so that we can plan our things accordingly. Very hard to see such friendly and cooperative managers.

A special thanks to Parc West Management for making my long stay of 6 years, nice & pleasant.

Nice Place and awesome Manager

I was leaving here until moved to another state. In fact, I came back to stay here before I moved.
The location is great with everything in walking distance. Malls, grocery stores, light rail station, bus depot, access to 880, 680, 101 just in minutes.
And if that's not enough, you get all of these for not to be found else where rental rate.

And then there is Nancy, the property manager. She will always be there to help you. Have not seen a kind, caring, polite property manager before.
Nancy… takes care of her renters like a family.

Would highly recommend this place.

Awesome Experience at Parc West

I lived in Parc West for a 3 plus years. A very good experience staying here!
Management is very cooperative . They addressed all my issues/concerns with priority.
Nancy, the community manager is an awesome person to work with. She understands all the concerns with patience and always try to resolve them at the earliest.She is very friendly too and goes out of the way to help others. I've got a new friend now :).
I would definitely love to stay in Parc West next time again in future.
I specially… thank Parc West Management for such a nice & pleasure stay during my tenure here.

Good Place to Live

I would recommend Parc West apartments to anyone looking for a great location and well managed facilities. It's conveniently right next to the light-rail, walking distance to the Great Mall, and is very well kept. The manager (Nancy) responds very quickly to any issues or concerns, anything that needs to be fixed gets done so very quickly.
