Love it here!

I am coming up on my second year here and I’m so happy with my time here. The grounds are always clean, maintenance is always quick and hassle free, my apartment gets AMAZING light in the morning and has tall ceilings since I live on the second floor. Property Management is helpful and kind which is hard to find since that’s always my issue when living in apartments but I love how responsive and sweet they are. I hope nothing changes bc moving is such a pain

Nice place, poor management

Loved my place. They did a great job on the renovation. The only downsides were guest parking and a leaking roof. Unfortunately, management changed right as my lease renewal was coming up, and the new woman was not very nice. She ended up keeping my entire deposit so she could repaint and clean the carpets, things that are considered a general expense for normal wear and tear. I left everything in better condition than when I found it, so I'm very disappointed with the outcome and the… questionable ethics of the new manager.

Have lived here for 4-5 years

When we first moved in it was great Management was supper accommodating, maintenance had a good response time. Recently management has changed and things have been worse. Parking sucks if you have a 1 bedroom you only get 1 parking space. If you have a 2 bed room you get 1 parking space and 1 garage. Granted they can really do much about the parking but maintenance is slow to respond and then blames you if something is broken. Over all we can not wait to get out of here. Started off good but has… been getting worse.

Alicia Viejo Apartments

I moved in here recently and I wish I had found the place years ago. It's a smaller complex that is kept very clean and the neighborhood is very safe.
It's a bit noisy from the traffic from Alicia Parkway, but otherwise I really can't find any issues with it.
Highly recommended.
