David of the Maintenance Team David of the maintenance team is awesome! Recently, I had a bunch of things that needed to be fixed in my apartment. I placed my maintenance request and, the next morning, David came by and fixed every one of them quickly and perfectly! He always goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything in your apartment. He always has a smile on his face, he’s cheerful, friendly and makes you feel special. He is just the best!
