While I enjoy the community amenities, the gym equipment maintenance has been significantly delayed. Promptly addressing broken machinery—specifically the treadmills—is essential to maintaining the value of the property as advertised. I hope to see corporate take a more proactive approach to these repairs soon.

Brooks Landing has a quiet and peaceful environment, and most residents are respectful and pleasant, which makes it a nice place to live overall. The maintenance staff deserves a lot of credit they are reliable, friendly, and very efficient whenever something needs to be fixed.

However, the office staff could definitely be more welcoming, as they often come across as unfriendly and unhelpful. Another downside is that some residents do not clean up after their pets. Even though there are trash... bins available, you still see dog poop in some areas, which is disappointing and takes away from the overall cleanliness of the community.

Overall, it’s a decent place with great maintenance support, but better management attitude and stricter enforcement of pet cleanup rules would really improve the experience. Read More

I’ve had issues with mice, cockroaches, and ants since moving in. Management is unresponsive and often marks maintenance requests as “resolved” without actually fixing anything. The AC system barely works, and it takes weeks to get any reply; if you get one at all. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I overall enjoy living in the apartments. The staff are friendly, and tickets are handled in a timely manner. The location is perfect. My only complaint is the roaches that still take place INSIDE my apartment even though we pay for pest control. They stay in the bathroom or kitchens and nothing we've tried works to keep them away aside from traps to kill them.
