Garden East Apartments

I’ve have been a resident here for more than 10 years and I have neighbors that have been living here longer than I.

I have seen changes at this apartment complex. For example ,the last three years the gate is not working nor do we have the door opener remote control to utilize as we have all the previous years.

We no longer have the clubhouse that we utilized and enjoyed. As far as the laundry rooms are concerned. They are dated and always an issue with the washing machines.

The only thing… that this apartment complex has going for itself is the location.

I also would like to mention that we get rent increases which is understandable, however the current tenants that have lived here for years are living in dated apartments.

It would be nice to have updated flooring.

Just my opinion.

I had the Best Experience at Garden East Apartments

I toured and loved the experience! I have yet to find a place that provides the best service I have received. Gabriela, the property manager made me feel welcome and she treated me with so much grace. The 2-bedroom apartment has so much space and the floorplan made me feel like this is definitely the home I would like. I also appreciate the location near some of my family members. I am sure I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

outdated and poor management

I have been living here for over a year now, the laundry machines are so old and are always broken , the pool is always closed , maintenance requests get ignored all the time, apartment management is very slow to take requests or return messages. Only move here if it is your last resort, if you do choose to live here, good luck!

We are a Professional Management company and we do take all comments and concerns seriously. They help us provide a good community living experience. We are constantly working to improve anything we deem necessary. Our washing machine company is… excellent at responding to needed requests-within a 1–2-day period. We are proactive Management and strive to respond to all work requests within the allotted time. Urgent matters get handled immediately and response to messages too, especially if they are urgent requests. This is the reason we rarely have availability of apartments, and our turnover is not at a high rate. The property improvements have been praised by the Owners of Garden East Apartments. Let this be the place you will call home when you have given Management the opportunity to show you with actions and I, Gabriela the Property Manager know you will not be disappointed. We have Residents that will attest to this, our Maintenance is the best and most efficient any community would love to have.
