Horrible
We had had a horrible experience living at rumble estates. Our thermostat didn’t work when we first moved in and had to put in multiple work orders just to get them to fix it. We had gas siphoned out of one our cars. They illegally towed one of my cars claiming it wasn’t registered but it was. My car along with others was broken into as well. There are homeless people constantly digging through the dumpsters leaving trash all over the area and because of that management blamed the residents and... threatened to charge all of us fees if that continued.
When we put in our 30 day notice, management told us we were responsible for painting over the holes from our tv mounts. They would not provide us the paint color so we couldn’t get it done. They charged us for the paint and a cleaning fee even though we cleaned the unit before we left. Horrible complex and pathetic management. Would give it 0 stars if I could
