Summerview Apartments

This place is horrible! The front office people never answer the phone and when they do you get the worst possible customer service! The renovations are terrible I went to close my washer and dryer door and it simply fell off and broke my nail.. it was horrible! Also upon moving in it was the middle of summer we use our ac for one day and it goes!! I had to have maintenance in and out of my place for the first two months with nothing but problems!! I also had tried to get my internet set up… should be simple right? Noooo not here they had to have maintenance come in cause the whole wiring was all messed up to renovations they made with people who don't know what they're doing... Important plug outlets you would need and your paying for don't even work!! I have a 2 year old son and he opened some cabinets and they were full of nails!?! How is that safe for children... I wish the living here was as luxurious as they make it sound. The finishings are aesthetically pleasing. But they are of low quality. The east gate constantly malfunctions. The jacuzzi/spa is a kiddy swimming pool at best. I do have a vouch for the roaches (they are outside) several trees are infested with them. The bathrooms are too small.

Whoever is rating these apartments, lie. At first glance, you might think the property is nice. I did based on this website. The renovation gives it a facelift, but it's cheap material on top of old structure. And the facelift weren't done by professionals. The wiring is mixed up. And if there were an emergency evacuation, many people would get hurt. Roaches travel throughout--and don't bother complaining. They will not answer your concerns. When I first arrived, I called them for an emergency… concern, they never answered at all, and I had to pay for my own vendor-twice. New management is renovating the whole complex. Over priced, our patio was broken into they havent done anything about it. Bugs are EVERYWHERE, inside and out and they dont do anything about it. No parking what so ever. People here are rude.
