THE MARINA APARTMENTS

My experience: german cockroaches infesting all the appliances, dog poop everywhere, cheap windows which leads to condensation and mold. Advertised ammenities are not actually available. Lights in the parking lot almost all out (pitch black if you work early or late). Tenants are punished for lack of security (threatening banning pool access because random were hopping the fence and swimming). Landscape crew blows all the debris into the first floor porches. German roach egg sacks under the... sinks, in the holes in the walls under the cabinets, spider nests in the "newly remodeled" unit, tub is cracked amd sags, sink was leaky upon move in, when my hot watwr heater started shooting flames and having explosions out the bottom staff attempted to gaslight me saying its "normal" and then the plumber told me the place could have burnt down. Exhaust fans work off the lights, so no ventilating without wasting money on the lights. Posing as tenants and posting positive reviews. Don't live here if you want to live in peace. Read More

Marina apartment Homes 1,2 & 3 bedrooms avaible spacious and nice i live there i like them there quiet and comfortable i live on the third floor only downside is no elevator available but we do have a nice pool and hot tub i dont use it cause i cant swim also we have a gym spacious parking lot with alot more room for other cars to park if you have more than one car Nice A/C washer and dryer hookups or you can rent a Washer&Dryer. If you choose this apartment you wont be disappointed

I lived in this apartments for a year now, and I can tell you that if you want a peaceful place with a great family environment this is the place to rent. The staff at the front office are really welcoming and helpful and the grounds are always clean and well maintained.The apartments are clean,luxurious and well kept. If you have a family and are looking for good place to raise your kids I recommend The Marina!
