We just applied to this apartments and we got approved with a high deposit, when I asked why is that, they couldn't give us an answer...
Days later they called me that they have an apartment sooner for us to move in and they told me if I was willing to do that they will lower my deposit to $400 so we can move in sooner but I have to give them an Answer right away I told them that yes I will move in so I can take advantage of the $400 deposit instead of $1275 but when I told them that I just… wanted to see the apartment first she put me in hold and when she picked up the phone she said never mind I am sorry the apartment has been rented..... WHAT KIND OF JOKE IS THIS???? So now if I want to move there I need to pay the higher deposit just because I wanted to see it first??? It is my right to check it out... The property management is a Joke don't waisted your money and time they aren't worth it

I've lived here for about 12 years and nothing about here is the best.They haven't painted the place EVER, never fixed the tub, and the management is garbage we have a cockroach issue and they said nothing about it to us and come over then told us they'll come next Friday but they didn't while we took all the stuff out.ALL THEY DO IS RAISE THE RENT!??????????

Lived there for a while. Not bad, if you enjoy co-habitating with COCKROACHES!!!!!!!
Also, the streets flood if it rains. The water pressure is less than optimal (to put it nicely).
