Great place with awesome management!

My wife and I did a cross country military move and it was stressful finding a good spot. Luckily, this fell in our hands and Bonnie and Rich were able to take care of us. They understood the difficulty and stress of the move and managed to work with us every step of the way. They assisted us on our military move out as well and just made it so easy. This location is close to all you could need, which you honestly can’t beat for the price. Internally, the community is quiet and everyone was… friendly. We were able to have any issues fixed in a very timely manner. Every question we had received an answer right away. Once again for the price this is truly one of the best you’ll find in the area. Will greatly miss the amazing management.

Wonderful Homes

I moved here from across the country and Bonnie and Rich were nothing but wonderful! Bonnie facetimed me to show me the apartment later in the evening as I couldnt tour in person. They are always so quick to respond and so helpful! The apartment is beautiful and has made my move to California great!

Greatest managers

We have lived at Woodglen Terrace since January 2018. Shortly after we moved here the management changed and Bonnie and Rich Cerutti became our managers. We have had nothing but wonderful service from Bonnie and Rich. They are prompt efficient and always happy to answer our needs. The property looks beautiful and we are very comfortable here. There are still upgrades going on. We’re looking forward to seeing our home and the surrounding townhouses looking even better! Thank you, Bonnie and Rich… for everything. Best managers we’ve ever had.

I loved living here! Clean and nice!

You get what you pay for and this place is amazing. The property management is top-notch, and the place is clean and up-to-date. They let me have my dog here and most of all it feels safe. Its close to a lot of stores and you can park in the garage. Its overall 10/10 and I was sad to leave when I moved out of state.
