We have lived here for 9 years and it's a great place. Leasing staff (Chavin) and maintenance staff - Fernando and Miguel are very helpful and excellent at their work. They do a great job at keeping premises clean and healthy. Lot of open space and kids play areas.

You'll only know this once you live here. It's truly marvelous. Aside from the amenities, you'll be very impressed by:
1.) Fast response and quality maintenance. They're always working really hard!
2.) Friendly managers who are professional yet flexible. I've never met anyone like YOMEY (one of the managers).
3.) Up-to-date and CLEAN property. They always clean and upgrade the area and you'll definitely see the difference.
4.) Quiet and safe neighborhood.
5.) Great location: Target, Ralph's,... Cvs, Starbucks, In and out, Panda Express, etc.
6.) Quick access to highways.

Keep in mind the photos on here are model pictures. The unit for rent doesn’t look like that. No renovations have been made to this unit. But the community is quiet and feels safe next to a police station.

Update to what I previously wrote.... I see they have updated their apt description which is good.... Was told rent on this place was one price but when I showed up, another $80 was tacked on to "include utilities".. now the description says that at the bottom.. you can't say utilities are free on this app/site and not include them in your advertised rent price up front... also, this place charges you an extra $50 of you want to use the refrigerator or washer/dryer in the unit A MONTH... just be... prepared for that
