I love it here!

My husband and I have been living here for 2 years now, no complaints whatsoever!! They have great amenities and actually keep up with them. It’s apartment living so hearing neighbors is inevitable, but overall the property is kept clean and management is helpful and considerate. Passion and Jalen are always super helpful whenever I call or go in. Maintenance is good & have addressed all my issues in a timely manner. I like the neighborhood as well because there are banks, fast food and grocery... stores in walking distance. I’ve had a great experience here.

Great customer service

Lasselle place is horrible. A/C didn’t work all summer and the hot water kept going out all winter. Termites in the building and the bathroom water smells like sulfur. Takes months to get things repaired and they just break again. Refrigerator has been “fixed” about 4 times already and is still leaking water on the floor every morning. They won’t even come check it out anymore.

Been living here for about a month and I love it the management is very inviting and friendly the maintenance are very professional and informative the apartments are clean, spacious with modern day appliances. Overall its a great place to raise a family.
