Cracked Toilet tank First off, let me say that the maintenance tech named Stanley is awesome understanding and friendly. However, my severe disappointment and outrage regarding the appalling lack of service, communication, and professionalism from both your maintenance team and management staff. The handling of my recent maintenance request has been nothing short of a total failure.
Last Sunday the 20th, I submitted an urgent request to fix a cracked toilet tank. Over the course of the week,… multiple staff members assured me that a replacement tank had been ordered and that someone would be coming to install it. Instead, I was left waiting for nearly a week with zero follow-up or updates.
Attempting to reach your office was an exercise in frustration, as phone calls routinely went unanswered. Only after repeatedly calling did I finally reach Kourtney, the Office Manager. Rather than offering a genuine resolution or accountability for the lack of communication, her attitude was dismissive and condescending. Reminding me that I have a second bathroom—and therefore framing this as a non-emergency—is entirely beside the point. I pay full rent for a two-bathroom apartment, and expecting a essential fixture to remain broken for a week is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the conduct of your staff has crossed the line from poor service into outright hostility:
Maintenance Competence & Staffing: The maintenance operations here are severely lacking. Aside from a single hardworking technician who is clearly overworked and unsupported, the staff lacks basic competency in handling standard repairs.
Unacceptable Confrontation: For the second time, a staff member (Kourtney, your office manager) approached my front door with two of her staff members to confront my husband simply because he voiced legitimate concerns regarding our living conditions. Using intimidation and scare tactics against residents who are asking for basic maintenance is intolerable.
Unprofessional Management: During my conversation with Courtney, instead of providing a clear timeline for the repair, she derailed the conversation with irrelevant questions and combative remarks.
It is clear that the management and administrative staff here urgently require formal training in ethics, customer service, and professional management practices. The person handling my maintenance issue was very professional and effective. He also was very courteous with excellent customer service qualities.

Bad communication/apartment not as told The communication was bad from my lease agent christian. I did not hear anything from him until the day of my move in and that was by someone else. I sent numerous amounts of emails trying to get more information on the moving in process but was never told anything. Once i seen the apartment, it was not as i expected it to be. The screen door for the patio was broken. The washer machine barely fills up with water. There were a few roaches in the apartment.… The closet door to my primary bedroom was damaged and poorly patched up.
