I’m grateful to have somewhere to live , it’s a nice community, sometimes it can be noisy but lots of times it is quiet , I have issues sometimes but they always get resolved

I enjoyed living here but there are some things that are an issue, like parking permits, for the amount we pay in rent and including the high water bill we should not have to pay or worry about our vehicles being towed

I like it here havent had any issues and plan on staying awhile longer I like how we can use flex to pay are rent but don't like how we get a notice on door if rent not payed by the 3rd when flex gives tell the 5th
