Management sucks! Misty is very rude! This apartment is roach infested! Don’t waste your money!

I’ve had mostly great experiences living here, especially thanks to the amazing maintenance tech, Jose. He’s always on top of everything professional, respectful, and quick to respond. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, which is super helpful, and he never makes us feel uncomfortable in our own home. Easily one of the best maintenance workers I’ve ever dealt with.

Wendy, the property manager, is also wonderful , kind, understanding, and always willing to help when something comes up… .

The man who takes care of the property cleaning is also incredibly kind and always does a great job keeping the complex clean and well-maintained. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows.

That said, getting to Wendy isn’t always easy, because of Misty, the front desk secretary. Unfortunately, she comes off as very standoffish, not just to me but to many other residents as well. It makes walking into the office feel tense and uncomfortable, which is disappointing when the rest of the team is so welcoming.

Even though the outside of the complex might not look like much, the inside is very safe. There’s a strong sense of community here the residents know each other, look out for one another, and treat each other with kindness and respect. That makes a big difference in day-to-day living.

Overall, a good place to live and it would be even better if the front office experience matched the kindness and professionalism of the rest of the staff and community. Read More

I have lived here for about 2 years and since then there have a couple new owners/management. The current owners/management have been very nice & understanding and are willing work with me threw any issue I may have. And that's a great quality for management to have especially when times are tuff. The outside if the buildings may not look the best and there is no central ac but Apartments look great on the inside and are newly refurbished. I have no issues trying to get anything fixed when… necessary nor do I have any issues with bugs or any infestations. If your looking for something with friendly management and clean apartments, beautiful grass and excellent upkeep with landscaping and cleanliness then this is a solid choice. Having lived here for a while and going threw a few managers I can tell you it make a big difference whether or not you have good management. In conclusion I have no complaints and enjoy living here. The neighbors are friendly, Apartments are clean and it feels safe at night, you cant ask for more then that. I appreciate wendy & misty for all the help and always being kind. Michelle is the reason I am comfortable here, she is great and on top of things. You can ask Michelle about anything and she will respond to you quickly, the prior leasing consultant was rude, snobby and made you feel like you were a child in trouble, Michelle is compassionate and understanding, she isn't in a rush to kick you out if you're a little behind, instead she understands. I will definitely miss Michelle and can only hope and pray that whoever takes her position is just as compassionate… . Michelle has made is feel safe to live here and is quick to respond to any and all requests, even after hours.
