Aviana apartments - good location and floorplans, subpar longetivty

i have lived in a one bedroom apartment for a year now.
Pros: spacious apartments close to many grocery stores and 1.3 miles from castro. quiet. recently remodeled apartments with backsplashes in kitchen and bathroom. short term leases readily available. if something breaks, help is on the way in a couple hours.

Cons: things tend to break down, the quality of the wardrobes isnt very good but not unlivable by any means. the management charges for every additionally, like cover parking. rent… can be increased by 20% and they get arrogant about it, not cooporative management. pool is not heated. you cant turn on multiple devices at the same time - you will have a power drop and supposedly thats normal. if management was a little more human i would give this apartment 4 stars.
