Park Plaza Apartments

Park Plaza is honestly a hidden gem. I moved out on my own for the first time ~ 2 years ago after bouts of roommates and university living. I had never dealt with the process on my own, was really nervous, and was looking for a safe space. Mike is phenomenal. Very down to earth, energetic, he made the entire process feel doable, and it never felt like I was being pushed into hidden fees. From day one of touring the place, to my living experience here: Park Plaza is simply run by the best team I... have ever experienced. Any small hiccups (e.g. have a question on lease, or utilities): management is one email away, and are very reachable. From tree trimming to laundry upkeep, the property is so well-maintained, and all happenings are communicated to residents — which I found so comforting and professional in terms of how a management should be. We lived there for eighteen months. The location is perfect, only a ten-minute drive from the Google office, and it is located right next to the large and pleasant Rengstorff Park. Throughout our entire tenancy, we never experienced any issues with break-ins or package theft. Mike, the property manager, is both nice and responsive. When we moved out, we were refunded the full deposit. As long as you are responsible tenants, we are confident you will also have a positive experience living there.

Quite place, No robber
Management is great.
Price cheap because it is next to train rail.

I stayed here for a year and had a great experience with the complex and the property manager. The only time I had to get something fixed was my toilet when it was making a noise and it got fixed the very next day. I’ve seen some people complain about the train but I think I heard it like 2 times during my stay and even then it was not loud. The community is very friendly and kind in general. I would rate this place a 6/5 if I could.

I have recently moved to park plaza apartments and I can confidently say that I am very happy with my experience so far. From move in to actually living here , it has been a sound process. The location is very good . The staff is amazing (Mike is an amazing person , he addresses all your concerns you have while moving into a new place and doesn’t rush you). My maintenance issue (minor one) was addressed within 15 minutes. Property is well maintained and clean. Apartment has a lot of storage... space which is great. Packages get delivered on doorstep and never had issue with it. Super receptive and accommodating staff.
Overall I would recommend this place 10/10 to people thinking of moving here.
