Awful!

We lived here for 8 months and hated it! The kind of tree they have makes a huge mess all the time. Parking is the biggest issue. Many times we had to wait in car for hours till someone leaves. We had the plan that has two garage but it’s so narrow that we couldn’t park our car so they told us we can park outside after moving in, they said we have to get parking permit which cost 50/month which we did but still there is no spot to park. Managment doesn’t respond they just over sell the permit... to people and no spot to park our car dishwasher needed to be change because it was so old but they keep coming and telling us it’s we need to change the detergent which we did but still not washing properly. I’m sick of placing order to fix something every day. Also, during or stay, there were at least twice a month that they come inside to either fix the roof/heater, AC and all kind of thing. They only reason we stayed that long is because we are remodeling and took longer and I hate to move around

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so disappointed in this apartment community. They go over and beyond to make you life miserable. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment, which means 4 people can live in my house.All 4 of us, including my daughters drive. Bordeaux will not aloud us to park a 3rd or 4th car!!!! meanwhile there is PLENTY of parking spaces available. I have never heard of this. We live in California, we need transportation.
