Totally would recommend this place

Very clean & nice place !!!!! No bugs!!!!!!!! They just added new equipment to the gym .the new managers are keeping everything up to date ... when ever I have a problem the would come out of there way to come fix it

NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY APARTMENT!!!!

Don’t bother moving here if you have children!! There’s 1 tenant who hates kids and complains constantly, threatens the kids & intimidates them simply for doing normal activities such as hanging outside, playing, running around or playing catch.

The landlord sides with the tenant and believes all her complaints and sends out threatening notices to the tenants about their kids because they get tired of hearing this tenants constant complaints. She never has proof or reason. Simply they are… outside being disruptive & loud. Not worth the headache & rent if you have a family.

This is a very nice place to live, with new owners and new manager this place has improved tremendously. I have no complaints at all and only great things to say about Katie the manager, she is very nice, friendly and she always make sure that the tenants are happy I highly recommend this place.

This place has a new owner and new management. Katie the manager is wonderful, by the way she does her job makes me believe that the owner really cares about his tenants because he picked the best person to manage this building. I love this place I'm very happy here and I will highly recommend it to anybody.
