i’m posting this again because the manager deleted my review. once again, no pets are allowed in this building & people still have pets. the manager lets them have pets without the owner knowing.

I have been here for years . The bad reviews by picky people are there own opinion let me start off by saying the manager is not rude like some have said. He has a certain personality that can be misunderstood Im sure but he’s cool , his wife is ALWAYS cleaning and picking up moping the floors outside and watering the plants , I mean she is a blessing to the building really , there is some weed smokers here but there everywhere since it is legal ! I live upstairs now and I’ve never been broken... into at all ,,,, there is no bugs , that is a HUGE DEAL for me I’d rather smell herb then deal with roaches. They don’t have roaches here. So ,,,,, thank God !!!!!! Also it’s private. Everyone sticks to them self here. I’m interested in finding a bigger place so I’m looking at reviews And thought I’d check out my own apartment reviews but the review on this buildings. Sucks and it’s incorrect. This place is cool.

This apartment complex may look nice from the outside but once your in the unit don't let the paint job fool what's really underneath. The owner thinks cocking and painting over things fixes problems. If there is anything that needs fixing get ready to have a disrespectful manager yell in your face about how its your fault for the problem. This apartment is not under rent control so expect your rent to be going up each year up to $100. Smoke free ya right!! The minute the sun sets make sure your... windows are closed because the stench of drugs will soon linger. This apartment complex is filled with weed smokers and the manager himself sits on his balcony smoking constantly. The units facing the street have been broken into and yes even the upper units. I lived here long enough to see how the up keeping is handled. I do not recommend Korland building at all. Moving in here is moving into someone's old problems. I am beyond happier at my new place. I hardly leave reviews only when it's necessary, I wished I had read the truth about this apartment before I moved in.

The worse apartment with worse management and building's manager, he is useless. He do not do any thing. The rent goes up to $100 every year. Do not recommend this building at all
