Clear Water Village

We rented a studio apartment here for a year and were really happy with the unit as well as the whole experience. Snow, the building manager is super helpful and always available to help with any concerns and the maintenance team does a good job if there is anything that needs repairing. The units are well designed and clean and the amenities are nice - love the roof terrace and the gym. Also this is a great area - centrally located and close to stores and restaurants. This is a great place for if you want to go to the rooftop deck and relax or go down to the gym. There are also a bunch of different units to choose from such as 1 bedroom 1 bathroom or 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units. There is also a pet yard to let the dogs roam around at and do their business. However this is the worst place to have a bike room because every bike except a boy's bike got stolen from the room. I hope it gets converted into a different kind of room with the floor being broken up to... remove the racks and the sign saying "bicycle room" taken off the wall and I hope bike rooms get outlawed forever. The people who built this place were being stupid with putting the bike room door and sign. They didn't want to think about how the bikes could be gone because of a thief pilfering them all. Those people who built this place with the bike room should have had the bike room door and sign be put inside the building either on the ground floor or the bike room be put on the lower parking garage level so no one not living here would have seen the door and sign.
