Nice Place to Rent

Came to visit the location for a tour of the Community. The Property Manager Richard was very informative and gave great customer service. The community was very clean, lots to offer for amenities, they have a nice pool, Jacuzzi, gym, dog run and game room.

looks are a facade

Don’t move here. I’ve had the worst possible move in experience. The maintenance and “on-site” manager is horrible in terms of miscommunications, broken promises, and downright disrespect. It’s overpriced for what is essentially renovated trailer homes. The mail system is horrible. usps hates coming out here and won’t acknowledge your home #/ address. You get a space # that’s different than your home number and no matter what you put Amazon and usps lose your packages or don’t deliver them at… all.

Love it here! Unlike any other apartment community, I’ve ever been a part of! If you’re tired of the same old cookie cutter apartment and want something that stands out this is the place for you!

An everyday vacation

I recently moved here and I just love it. The property is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. It has wonderful amenities to keep anyone entertained. A definite plus is that you don't share any walls with neighbors, pet friendly, and in unit laundry. I look forward to settling here for many moons to come.

BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY loaded with amenities!

I toured this property a few times before actually pursuing a lease. Upon my first visit, I noticed how beautiful the property was! Very clean and loaded with amenities! Before my tour, I was greeted with a friendly and inviting staff. During the tour, I was shown all of the beautiful amenities from the pool, the gym, and even a game room! There is also a grilling area and fire pit perfect for entertaining! I was then shown a beautifully staged apartment that gave me great ideas about how to… furnish and decorate. The anticipation was built and I was gently encouraged to lease by the lovely agent. I’m definitely excited to start my journey at this community!
