NOHO ARTS Courtyard Apts

I absolutely love the location of this apartment! It is smack dab in the middle of the Noho Arts District, within walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, theaters, dance companies, CVS, Starbucks, Post Office, a park, and more! I could run all my errands in one day without even driving, it's a fantastic location if you like walking!

The apartments themselves are very spacious with upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, dining room, living room, fire place, office space/den, and BEST OF ALL a... washer and dryer in-unit! It's an amazing thing not to save quarters or have to load a laundry card every week. The apartment complex has a nice courtyard with well-groomed landscaping and a patio and just outside the building, there are several blocks of grass and sidewalks for your dog.

I've lived here for two years so far and never had any major repairs needed, and the maintenance and grounds team is quick to respond to any issues. There are a mixture of couples, friends, and families that live here but the complex is pretty quiet, considering.
