Participating residents may receive reward points in exchange for posting a review during their lease term, regardless of the nature of the review.Neighborhood isn’t great but the actual building is pretty secure. It advertises gated parking but it’s not gated. The pool and common areas are usually fine they’re never super dirty, but the walkways and laundry room get a bit dirty. I haven’t needed maintenance but the property manager is always responsive.
