Old but wonderful to call home

We just moved in September 1st and we are so happy we did. The 5 stars you see here are not a lie at all. Let me say this first. This is an older building and not your new fancy expensive apts popping up in every corner that are not only very expensive and smaller at the same time. Ridgegate is a very friendly apts and most tenants seems to be very nice and friendly. Its very quite with pool, bbq area recreation room and small gym. As you walk in it has this nice garden feel to it.
The one… bedroom unit we rented on third floor is very quite, nice appliances, nice counter top wood floors all over the apt, no carpet whuch we like. Our unit has a nice size balcony but not all apts come with balconies. So far no noises from the walls or tenants below us, nice and quite.
Now the part about management. Ivonne the manager is as sharp, friendly and tough at the same time. She means business and she keeps the property in top shape. She is quick to reply to inquiries and maintenance so far is great and responsive.
I really do strongly recommend theses apts if they do have availability. We love it!

Best place to live

This is the best place to live the building is quite and very clean, I have everything I need around me, the manager is on top of the necessary things I will recommend this place to move in. :)

Best in the Area

Me and my partner were looking to move into the valley, and after multiple complex tours and searches, we settled on Ridgegate and it was the best decision we made. The property is located in a super convenient spot by being next to a mall as well as big chain grocery stores like Costco and Misuwa. The landlord Lisa is super understanding and cares very much about every tenant and does her best to fix any problems addressed as quickly as possible. The neighbors around our apartment are very… respectful as well. Our apartment is very spacious and the atmosphere feels like home. For the price that we're paying per month, it's probably the best complex in the area!

Great Place To Live

I had a great experience at this apartment complex. It was well kept and had a pleasant atmosphere. The manager is very well organized, quick to respond to any maintenance requests, and very easy to talk to. As others have said, the rooms here are also very spacious, and the building is in a nice and convenient part of Northridge.
