Nothing Great, Nothing bad
It's very convenient and close to CSUN (it's literally right across from the dorms). Aside from that there is nice spacious living and a really solid apartment. The reality is, it's very expensive! There is no forgiveness in this economy. We are in the valley and aside from the university there is nothing near us. Every other month the water is getting turned off "for repairs". Elevator breaks down about every 3-4 months. I have had minor other nuances but those come with renting I understand… things happen. Overall if you are desperate or financially "ballin" come through.
