It's very convenient and close to CSUN (it's literally right across from the dorms). Aside from that there is nice spacious living and a really solid apartment. The reality is, it's very expensive! There is no forgiveness in this economy. We are in the valley and aside from the university there is nothing near us. Every other month the water is getting turned off "for repairs". Elevator breaks down about every 3-4 months. I have had minor other nuances but those come with renting I understand... things happen. Overall if you are desperate or financially "ballin" come through.

great place to live
Zelzah Court Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The buildings are quiet, the management keeps to themselves, and there are a lot of amenities. The only things that I am not happy with is that you b have to drive c almost everywhere, and the parking spaces cost you about 150 monthly but they are super close together. All in all the units are huge for the price, the building is well kept, and since they installed cameras in the parking lot and hired night time security its also a safe... place to live.

It's nice and clean and close to my college. My roommates and I enjoy it a lot.
