UPDATE: Roaches Still Active!
I move out on May 31st, Today is 5/5/26 and by writing this review, I hope to share what I wish I would have known before signing the lease to this place. After EIGHT! roach treatments and opening a case with the Department of Public Health, I am still seeing roaches. Just the past three days, I've killed two fat roaches in my kitchen one on the door when I opened the pantry cabinet and another on the counter by the stove, and a third one that quickly hid in my hallway cabinets and got away... (wish can upload pictures to this review). The Department of Public Health has cleared the case, stating that upon inspection, they did not see any ACTIVE, live roaches. The roaches do not come out in the day, They hide in the walls and inside crevices. I suspect that this unit and the ones around are infested in the walls. Although this is a beautiful place, very nice unit, it's no longer comfortable. You have to dust out backpacks and shake out your bags before visiting relatives. My children have taken roaches to their father's house and to their grandma's house. They get transported in backpacks and purses. Although the rent seems attractive, I hope you take this into consideration, I wish someone would have warned me. Good luck!
