No available Parking at Apartment

There is nothing worse to a tenant than to arrive at his apartment late at night to find that there is no parking in the immediate vicinity and that he has to park his car on the street, two blocks from his house.

Pls do something about it!!

As advertised on the websites, Plantation apartment offers one assigned parking for each renter. UNFORTUNATELY THERES NONE!
Management only cares on their tenants rent, once you sign a lease contract, an assigned parking is just a promise. They can’t offer each one an assigned or designated parking!!
It’s been a problem for years & they kept saying the parking problem will be solved in 3 months but I lived here for 2 years & I DONT HAVE A PARKING SPACE! I always worry where to park! And every… time I asked them, they say the same thing. Be patient & the next lot will soon to be the new parking structure for us tenants. But it’s been 2 months, they can’t provide us legal parking space. We can’t park at the street everyday! Why can’t they give us what we paid for? It’s a smart decision settling with Plantation Apartment. Resident Manager Sinia is very welcoming, friendly & helpful. She thoroughly answered all of our questions and assisted us with the leasing process. We are so grateful for her and so excited to live at the complex! I would highly recommend Sinia to anyone who’s looking for a pleasant community to call home.
