These apartments are really nice and reasonable prices. Air Conditioned, they allow pets. My place was totally remodeled. Erin was wonderful, she actually got in and was doing some reconditioning herself, who could ask for anything else. Thanks Erin and staff. I'm really picky as this is a 2nd residence for me and my primary is a fairly new home, these places really stack up. If I can "strongly Recommend"....Then i do.

Crooked Oak Apartments are such an amazing place to live. All the units are fully upgraded with appliances, washer/dryer in unit, and a garage. It’s hard to beat these amenities in Marin county! But what really makes this place shine is the management team. Erin, the property supervisor, always makes herself readily available to tenants to help everything run smoothly. We recently had double pane windows installed in our unit and Erin made herself available to be in the unit during the install... since I couldn’t be there due to work. I appreciate that she always goes the extra mile for her tenants and really makes this place special! Crooked Oaks Apartments are situated next to a preserve, this means a hiking trail that starts in your backyard, deer and wild turkeys under your balcony and hundreds of twittering birds. You can still see the stars at night and it is very quiet.

The apartment itself is fully upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding etc. Management is great, they are communicative and the gentleman in charge of maintenance is on the ball, extremely helpful and friendly... .

There are a few things that completely sold me on this place: 1) It is pet friendly and there are many pet lovers who live here. 2) It has a washer/dryer in the unit; no more need for rolls or quarters and waiting to do your laundry.
