Only for those interested in a wonderful deal
This apartment complex is only for people who are willing to put up all modern amenities, a beautiful pool and spa, abundant and clean laundry rooms. It doesn't end there, you'll also have to tolerate being nestled up against the oak trees in the hillsides of Marin County, CA. Only those with strong rental constitutions need read any further.
There is access to scenic hiking trails, access to shopping within walking distance and covered parking.
Still reading? ...well, you only have... yourself to blame then.
The rent is very reasonable, and the management is friendly and competent.
You want more? Fine!
The grounds are nicely maintained, the neighborhood is quiet, safe and freeway adjacent.
...in other words, only for those who like to live well at a very fair price.
