Marion Park

Off the hook back in the 90’s place was going wild. Parties, chicks running around, crews kickin it on the grass hills. Playing pool in the office. Crackin 40’s in the field just all around the place to live.

Marion Park Apartments are one of the best maintained apartment complexes in Novato! It provides great amenities and has open, spacious units! It is located at an almost perfect location, where a school, restaurant, bank, and shopping are less than a few minutes walk! I have lived in a few other apartments in the Novato area and have found Marion Park as the best of all!

I have been living in this apartments for 3 years and 3 months. This is in a great location if you love nature, spacious lawns and good views of near by mountains and very picturesque. I would say this one of the best and well maintained apartments in Novato. The service is very prompt and friendly staff. Neatly maintained laundry rooms, pool and lawns. The rents are month on month which makes it very convenient. It is located very close to shopping center, DMV, restaurants.

This place is located near downtown Novato in a bit tucked in location and it's okay maybe for families. Built back in the early 80's were it was probably upscale back then but now it's a bit old and really outdated. The PROS this place is good for families and it's near downtown and close to schools, groceries and bus stops. The CONS it's not a place for singles or couples only unless you like families with too many kids running around. The parking here is awful you only get one carport and the... off street parking gets really taken really fast specially late afternoons and weekends.So if you have more than one car it's not good for you and for the carport you're lucky if you don't get to park next to a family car or you'll get ding a lot! The amenities here are standard and or average.The usual pool and laundry are located within the complex well kept. The place is quiet in the evening since it's a family residence but cars constantly go in and out of the complex driveway day or night so it might feel like a drive thru if you happen to live near the complex's entrance. The place is old so it's not sound proof so you'll hear footsteps and slamming doors by the neighbors next to you and or below your apartment. But overall it's a safe area but it's kind of expensive here considering this place is outdated and could use plenty of remodeling. Read More
