Don’t do it.
The area is not safe, and not a place that you can live and play, without traveling to other areas. There are cameras all over the property, but packages are routinely stolen, and management blames you, as the renter, on not setting up your mail to be delivered somewhere other than the apartment building that you’re paying for. There is no way onsite support. When working from home, there is always the constant noise of them renovating empty apartments. Building staff were hanging out in front… of the building, wearing items that they stole from my mail.
