The house faces west so you’ll be able to enjoy nice evenings watching the sunset on the porch and seeing many neighbors take their afternoon/evening walks. There is an iron metal fence with an electric powered gate for secured parking.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a quick bite all the way up to meal prepping for the week. The kitchen has a new refrigerator and stove, and includes a coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, and microwave.

Highland Hospital is a short 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Many universities, medical centers, and hospitals are easy to access since we are close to freeway entrances.
