Look are Deceiving.

When I first came here as a single person with a little dog, I said WOW nice for Oakland Ca, especially coming from San Jose Ca. That soon changed I when I came to do a walk through I told management I need a new fridge and stove, well I got the stove fix a month and half later. I am still waiting on the fridge to be replaced because it has been moved here from another unit and its infested with roaches by the motor, I let management know they said that they order me a new on and thats been over… two weeks. I don't have them anywhere else in my house just there I have sent pictures and I have sprayed raid to keep it down but that not making them go away. Now that I have lived here for 2 months last night coming home with my nephew we meet at my back door a Big Rat thats it I am over this place. By the way the management team lives in LA and she said that she would never live here because of its condition and its clear she does not care about the heath and safety of the resdients who pay a nice amount to live in unhealthy conditions.
