The apartments themselves are in good shape inside and out with a very spacious kitchen and good sized rooms. The neighborhood is a little rough at times but over all I like living here because it is close to my job and my children's school.

I've been living at Lion Creek Crossings since these apartments were built. The 69th-66th Ave Projects used to be here until they were demolished, then Lion Creek Crossing was erected. These Apartments are an "Oasis" in a urban neighborhood, the property is always kept clean and thoroughly manicured by the staff. If anything needs repairing they don't hesitate to make the repairs and the apartment units are inspected annually. Lion Creek Crossings also keeps the community involved with... community events, various resources etc. I LOVE!!! living here, my apartment was brand new when I moved here. August 22nd of this year will make 7 years that I have been living here. Lion Creek Crossings is located within walking distance from the Oracle Arena, where the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A's and the Oakland Raiders play. We are conveniently located very close to basically all major public transportation (bus, bart, Amtrak, Airport), shops and stores.
