Do not rent here!!!!! Me and my girlfriend complained about our upstairs neighbors for about 2 months, and absolutely nothing was done about it because they believed whoever lived above us. It was so bad that we couldn’t sleep through the night and could hear it over our TV. Even their adjacent neighbor confirmed the noise. Our only option they gave us was to move apartments, which costed us 900 dollars.

On top of that, they are straight up liars. Gina in the leasing office told me when I... turned in the keys that “there was an issue she needed to attend to, it might be awhile before we can do a move out walk” so, I said just look at it yourself. About half way to my unit I forgot to clean out the mail box, went down to get the key, (maybe a minute for two tops) and they were ALREADY IN THE APARTMENT!!!!!! Of course they took our whole deposit, and said we “declined a move out walk with them”

I just moved in this week and so far I love it. The leasing agent Stephanie is such a pleasure to work with. I had a service request to fix my dryer machine and they took care of it right away, the technician was super friendly and very careful to take COVID precautions while in the apartment. The building smells so clean and good. Appliances and everything works amazing and looks beautiful. All around I am so happy I chose to live here.

This is the worst apartment experience my family had ever been through. I live near the weight room and can hear the weights drop all throughout the day. I’ve been complaining for 4 months and no accommodations have been made. I know other tenants near the area also complain about the noise from the weights dropping. Not recommended

We moved into our 2-bedroom unit in June and couldn’t be happier. I’ve lived all over SF and we were priviously ina cramped apartment in Uptown. This is definitely the nicest place I’ve ever lived! The apartments are spacious and quiet, and our patio easily fits a table, two chairs, and a bunch of plants. We look out onto a sweet courtyard with fire pits, and it’s a pleasure to have breakfast out there on the weekends.
