Nice place but Veronica is the worst.

I lived here for a couple months, moved out due to Veronica. I moved in with my girlfriend, later we broke up and I asked Veronica to remove her off the lease. She told me "Oh ok, why did you cheat on your girlfriend she's so Nice. Whether I cheater or not what is it to her? I paid my rent on time and never has complaints from my neighbors. When I left I asked for a walk through which she never did. She kept the full deposit when j moved out and said that if was due to flees. I told her that I… was allergic to cats and dogs so that was impossible. I told her i would get a note from my doctor and that I wanted to speak to her boss. That's the only way she gave me my deposit back. Would move there again if only Veronica was not there anymore.

Previous tenant

I have too had experience with rats at Canyon Creek prior to Veronica stepping in, the previous manager provided rat poison.

Aside from the rats issue, i think parking at Canyon creek is another negative factor.
It is very difficult to find parking if you have more than one vehicle, this can be a big problem if you have small children or if you're parked and then need to go to the store or somewhere, you will most likely lose your spot.

I did experience one sewage problem where toilet paper… was floating outside the building.... ?? you can only imagine the smell.

Worst Manager.

To start off I would like to say that these apartments are in very bad shape and I get it, you get what you pay for, but Verónica is by far any proffecional when it comes to dealing with tenants. We complained about rats for at least a month and until we gave her a written notice she stated that she never knew about the rats. We pulled at least 30 rats in over a month period. Loss so many money in clothes food and moving necesites. We informed her about a possible lawsuit and she said do… whatever you want I don't care. We the tenants have had enough of her, she is arrogant, bully and unprofessional. If she didn't know about the rats why did they patch the holes? We have pictures by the way. Active military save your time and money. See for yourself before you do.

LOVE THIS PLACE

I HAVED BEEN LIVING HERE FOR TWO YEARS NOW AND I HAVE FINALLY FOUND THE PEFECT LOCATION TO LIVE. THIS PLACE MIGHT NOT BE NEW BUT ITS PEFECT FOR ME. IF YOU LIKE THE BEACH AND THE MOUNTAINS AND WORK ISNT TWO FAR FROM HERE I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOU. BEST PRICE YOU WILL FIND BY FAR.

an average way to live

my apartment is is a decent place to live. not to pricey i have live here 3 different times. and each different time they have improve a lot. they remodeled and put in new carpet and now spray better for bugs. the pool area could use some work. they cemented the Jacuzzi. i still never got the full story why they did it. but the landlords and managers are extremely nice and helpful.
