Hidden Canyon Village

These are older homes and the new owners only worry about the outside appearance. Paint jobs on the outside and repaving but no improvements to the inside. Whenever I call maintenance the manager's husband, who is also maintenance, tried to blame us for appliances not working. Our refrigerator broke & we had to wait over 24 hours and then he replaced it with an older and smaller refrigerator for another unit. Parking is a very limited! Each tenant should get 2 spots, but the property manager has... secured 4 spots for themselves. New tenants now get 1 spot & possibly two if they don't live near the managers. Frequent car break ins. Wow this place is not worth the money. Save your time and take your money elsewhere. First of all 2 assigned spots and there are literally NO GUEST PARKING. The pool is poorly maintained NO JACUZZI. There is a tennis court that’s FULL OF GARBAGE. Full of termites and dog poop everywhere. Trash is always overfilled Bc they are SO CHEAP they don’t pay for enough containers. ILLEGAL CAMERAS installed on property tenants were not informed. I didn’t even get a copy of my lease and I have been here... for over 2 years. LOUD NEIGHBORS that play LOUD MUSIC no BBQs on patio at all. They don’t really like kids playing on the property which is unfortunate Bc there is NO PLAYGROUND for my kids either. VERY STRICT CREDIT APPROVAL PROCESS STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT HAVE THE BEST CREDIT Bc you won’t get approved sadly. NO REMOTE GARAGE DOORS. OUTDATED APTS for the price! FYI The manager is the WIFE OF THE HANDY MAN ON SITE. IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO FIGURE THAT OUT! PROPERTY IS POORLY MAINTAINED constantly finding trash around the units...LOTS OF SPIDERS AND HUGE COCKAROACHES outside and also constantly find branches leaves all over our patios left by the people that work on site and hammers and tools used by them left all over the property NOT SAFE FOR KIDS. its a nice spot, affordable and cozy. the only problem is that every house is infested with bugs...COCKROACHES! they have a huge infestation issue outside the townhomes, so the bugs come from outside. lived here for years and even keeping the place clean doesn't do much. they go away during the winter months (mostly), so if you dont mind living with roaches then this place is for you. oh, and every neighbor has dogs that are constantly barking throughout the morning...so no need for an alarm... clock!
