DO NOT RENT FROM HERE . The leasing manager Tiffany is terrible: There is never anyone in the office , they will take your whole deposit regardless of how the apartment looks . The maintenance team is slow and drinks on the job . The tree trimmers knocked a tree onto the outside of the wall resulting in my pictures to fall down and break my things , Tiffany refused to cover the damages, then charged me for them on move out . These places have large roaches, numerous homeless people going through... your cars and the dumpsters and stealing stuff at night. Don’t rent from. Here unless your friends with Tiffany because she plays favorites . Terrible experience here all because of poor management.

Moved my family here loved the location. Good tenants always paid rent on time. Came home from work 30-day notice on door. New owners were kicking us out so they could raise rent by $300. Family friendly I dont think so!

When I first moved to these apartments 5 years ago, it was a wonderful place to live. Fast forward to present day and this place is a nightmare seeing as there is new management. They want to raise rent once again and the place is falling apart! We just had a baby and have asked many times for the apartment to be fixed and have blatantly been ignored. There is mold, rotted wood, termites, carpet that is over 7 yrs old with nails poking through yet they still won't change it. It's ... unfortunate because we used to love living here, the old manager would get stuff fixed right away and if he couldn't he was still nice about it. We havd been looking for another place but can't really afford it since I have a baby and a boyfriend who was medically discharged from the marones 2 years ago after suffering from contracting a bacteria in Afghanistan, we are lucky to have him around this day so it hard with one income and his very little VA pay. This would be a blessing if we could get help since I just got denied by the state for assistance since I apparently make too much money per month which does not cover even half of our bills.
