How Is This Rating Determined?

Bad for military or disabled vets

First of all this conflicts does not return security deposits to veterans because they roll the dice and figured they will not come back to court to sue them to return to deposit

Second there is only one handicap parking space in over 300 parking spaces a violation of state and federal law for disability people because of what part of space should be available as a handicap space for every 25 parking spaces in the complex
Third go handicap laundry room

No handicap ramps for the sidewalks...
sidewalks sidewalks and staircases have no hand railings
