Expensive look elsewhere

This place used to be one of the cheapest in Oceanside. New owners have made some renovations including huge rent increases. Street parking is non existent. 4 complexes on one small street means visitors will never find parking. Most of the time renters can’t find any either. I have sat in my car for hours trying to get any. We left for this reason and many others. The only thing this place has besides broken washing machines is a great handyman but he’s clearly over worked trying to keep… everything in this aging place working.

Surpassed Expectations

Fell in love at first sight! Quiet complex. small yet spacious laundry room. Completely smoke free. Friendly neighbors. Love the location. Perfectly sized altogether. Wonderful owner.

A happy home

This is a wonderful place to live it's quiet, it's safe and gated from the entrance. It has a gated garage area as well and very pet friendly, the entire complex seems to keep to themselves lights are out normally about 10pm it's pretty nice, the manager is named Wendy she's super nice as well. The apartment itself is spacious has carpet and laminated flooring the ceiling is vaulted and the kitchen has many cupboards. The windows are big and the breeze that's comes through the apartments are… fantastic!

You need, I listen

I have lived in my complex for 5 years and in that time have watched a big change.The current manager is freaking awesome, along with the maintenance guy!! If you have any compliant or maintenance problems, she is on it . Doesn't take this team months but maybe a week to respond and take care of the matter.Since she has came aboard, she has changed everything for the better and living here is like paradise, quite, safe and secure. We are like family in this complex and we have people living here… for almost ten years.Want to live in a secure gated, quite, safe place and you know your request are heard and taken care of, this is the place.
