I would like to take the time to inform you that the property manager is totally unprofessional. I was a potential tenant until I made some concerns and request for the unit to be fixed before I moved in. The sink in the kitchen is falling into the wall. The bathroom has mold both of them. There are no closet doors. There are no blinds the ceilings are cracked and there’s still previous tenant furniture the day that I was supposed to get the keys I was told that these things would be fixed and... we’re not so they decided to cancel the contract. They dicided to keep my holding deposit and charge me an extra 300. I also have a contract signed that if they choose not to move forward with me as a tenant, I would be entitled to my full deposit, which was not the situation.
