Price does not match the apartment

Moved here during CoVID, moving in was easy. Relatively quiet, did not care for my fiancée car being stolen from inside the parking lot. Corporate and local management did nothing, did not even want to give us a garage (we were willing to pay for it monthly of course )
Had a to write a letter to request the garage for nothing and still did not give us the garage and people moved out and moved in around us and they got a garage, no appreciation for current tenants when it comes to safety. No… cameras were around to show how the vehicle was stolen from inside the property, the “security guard” is non existent.
Laundry rooms always have issues either broken down or they aren’t open on time which makes no sense to have laundry hours if everyone has their own key to the laundry room.
Laundry machines are expensive and they make you buy a stupid card to use the machine and the cards always break and you have to refill them in the lobby because putting them in the laundry room where people could refill the card is too hard for management.
Most people mind their business except the rare few that hang out in their garage and park their car outside the garage and impede traffic and let their kids ride bikes around the complex, where the kids could be hit by a car, no sense of responsibility for their own kids until someone gets hurt.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

in just one short year my hub caps were stolen and my car was broken into, my car was stolen, all of my belongings in car missing. My clothes were stolen from washing machine. My boyfriends car was broken into this place is NOT SAFE. Rent is too high for lack of security. Horrible neighborhood.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! IT IS A TRAP!!

A simple search of the most recent reviews pretty much sums this place up. The management is shady and will scam you at every chance they get. They did not send us a copy of the post-moveout cleaning charges even after a month has passed. We confirmed our forwarding address and checked our mailbox every week but didn’t receive anything. Suddenly, they called us today to tell us we had ONE day to pay off the money we owe them, or else they will file legal charges. Not only did they take out… all of our initial deposit for "cleaning" fees, but also, they charged us $220 on top of that! Before we moved out, we vacuumed all of the carpet, mopped the floor, and wiped down every surface until the apartment was as clean as possible. Apparently, this doesn’t matter at all to them since they are greedy enough to have the audacity to take all our money, charge us even more, and give us a one-day notice.
On top of all this, they forced us to evacuate for a few days with no time to prepare at 2:00 AM due to a “gas leak”. However, even after days of searching, the City of Ontario and the fire department couldn’t find any cause OR leak. The evacuation caused us to miss a music festival we had planned for the past year and lost us $400. You know what this management did? Nothing. No reimbursement, no apology, nothing. Oh and by the way, the glass shattered on us in the living room WHILE WE WERE SITTING ON THE COUCH watching television after work. Talk about feeling safe and secure in your own home ...

TLDR: This apartment is unsafe and very stressful to live in. The management is greedy, doesn’t care about you, and will manipulate you to steal your money. Before you decide on moving in here, please read the recent reviews.

Pictures look nothing like the actual apartment itself

If you like the floor plans PLEASE look at the 3D video they have on each floor plan because the pictures they have used look NOTHING like what it actually looks like. The cabinets are white with brown extremely ugly! So please ask to see apartment because the pictures are FALSE advertisement. They don’t have wood floor or nice counter tops like how they try & show in these pictures so be careful when thinking these apartments are nice because they aren’t.

If you ever have any issues they will ignore you and not assist you. Their own personal lives are sadly more important then their tenants. Take my word and seek housing in another establishment then here. DO NOT RENT HERE.
