Misleading management
Three months ago I was looking to move from the noise and homeless people. The new raise in rent was over 10% higher for the lease. We added a new pet to our family a small dog. The management was not helpful to make a change to the lease. I was going to sign the lease, but when I read the terms it had a $800 deposit for the dog. I was told when we signed in 2015 it would be $400, we buy a dog , they demand $800 for pet! This place is not friendly to its residents at all.

Very friendly staff
This is my 3rd year here at sycamore park and the office always makes me feel special. We have very limited issues and are very comfortable with the environment for our 2 children .

Sycamore Park Apt, Ontario, CA
I have been living at Sycamore Part Apartment's for over a year. They have been the best renting experience I have had from the first day I met the staff to just renewing my lease. Anytime I have needed help with minor maintenance issues the turnaround time has been exceptional. The grounds and laundry areas are kept pristine. I really appreciate the friendly staff and the office being open to accept my packages. I hope to spend many more years here at Sycamore Park.
