Strong family community

I’ve lived here for about a decade and have had a positive experience. There are lots of kids for my kids to play with as well as a playground and basketball court and pool when it gets too hot to run around.

THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS

These are the worst apartments. There is NO Visiter parking your guests have to park
in business near by and might get towed. There is no place to play for your kids and
no room between tiny garages so it is dangerous for kids. The bushes are never trimmed, you cant get hot water when you need it, theyre bugs of all kinds running inside the buildings, ants, termites, cock roaches you name it. And mgt never fixes
anything just make excuses, they are so cheap. And they raise your rent alot… all
the time. They dont care about the renters only the owner to make as much money as they can fast. This place is a over priced dump where nothing is ever fixed.

These other reviews are not from real renters there, probably the dishonest management company.

Fabulous!

This is a fabulous place to live! The apartments have nice new tile floors,2 full bathrooms, dishwashers and central air. What more can you ask for? There is also a play area for the kids as well as a basketball court for your teenagers and everyone gathers at the pool during the summer for bbqs and summertime fun! You get a garage and parking space and there are 2 laundry rooms with more than enough washers and dryers for everyone. There is a nice young man who makes sure the laundry rooms… and apt complex are clean all the time and the landscapers are there every week to keep the complex looking its best. The best part is the complex is walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy and lots of restaurants. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for great place to live!
